Print on Demand means that the product is made specifically for you and your needs. It is a unique item and therefore excluded from standard return policies under EU/US law. This means that before placing an order with us, please carefully check the size chart to ensure that the T-shirt or hoodie will fit you. We do not have a warehouse from which we can simply take another product.
At the moment, exchanging products is unfortunately not possible, but we are working on a solution for the future. You are still welcome to contact us – if there is a possibility, we will be happy to assist you. Of course, this does not apply to defective items. Lost shipments must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed items can be claimed within 30 days of receiving the order. In such cases, Printful is responsible and obliged to provide a replacement product.

Basically, your product is made individually for you. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges, as is common under US regulations for custom-made items.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, Printful’s replacement policy applies. You can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Printful is responsible for providing a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Shipping costs are provided directly by our fulfillment center. This means that in the shop, you will see the shipping costs at checkout. The more you buy, the cheaper it gets. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and will be continuously updated on the production and shipping status.
