2020: MAGASKAWE™

 

I was on the road for years.

From place to place, from country to country – always searching. Not just for adventure, but for myself. I somehow knew what I wanted. I felt where my heart was leading me. And yet, there was always something holding me back – obstacles, doubts, voices from the outside.

 

I wasn't just looking for a job, but a path. Something meaningful. Something that felt like me. Ideas came and went like the seasons – colorful, vibrant, fleeting. But often I lacked the courage to truly live them. And time and again, others tried to convince me there were easier ways. I could have made myself comfortable on the couch. No evening classes, no sleepless nights. No fighting against those who never believed in me anyway.

Because deep down I knew: This isn't me. Those years were difficult. Traveling became my refuge during that time. When I was on the road—on long roads, in silent forests, under endless skies—I found my way back to myself. I learned to be quiet. To listen. And then came that one trip. Through the United States—endless expanses, freedom, the feeling that anything is possible. People who encourage you and don't hold you back. That's where the idea for MAGASKAWE ™ was born.

Initially, it wasn't a brand, but a mirror. A symbol for everything I rediscovered on this journey: freedom, courage, and the belief that you can create your own place in this world—if you're willing to shape it. Back home, I slowly and consciously began working on this idea. I wanted to create a brand that isn't loud, but authentic. Things that accompany me—on my travels, in nature, in everyday life. I'm not an outdoor expert with technical gear. I'm simply someone who draws strength from the outdoors. Someone who enjoys the silence. I want to feel good—warm and comfortable.
